A huge thank you to Avondale College for our race venue and TriNSW for their patience with us while we work with them to organise to race, and they have given us the support necessary to race.
If you're new or returning from time off multisport, or you're ready for a 1 hour+ 'sprint' we have a distance to suit you.

We are getting everything for the 2019/2020 season. As you know, we will be sanctioning and insured with Triathlon Australia and Triathlon NSW in the coming seasons. The insurance to race, and many other benefits such as discounts to races across the country, is part of the TRI Australia membership which covers from July 1st, 2019, till June 30th 2020.

After missing out on being able to race with Lake Mac Tri Club for this 2018/19 season, we are very happy to be on track to get back to racing. Next season will bring changes with our biggest change that we will be affiliated and insured with Triathlon Australia and Triathlon NSW.
Read MoreUnfortunately we have some bad news. Our upcoming race for this weekend, 28/10/18, will need to be postponed due to a clerical mishap. We will be working overtime to rectify the situation before our next scheduled race on the 25/11/18. In the meantime keep training and we look forward to seeing you at our next race!

It's time to race some multisport again, and we'll be hosting two duathlons and a run/ride/run as a warmup before we start our 2018/19 triathlon season.
Both races will be held at our normal location on the Avondale College campus, located in Cooranbong, near the Fit Life Pool.
