Calling all mountain bikers

It's time to dust off the mountain bike and get ready for an easy format of mountain bike racing around the trails of Avondale College.  The Lake Macquarie Triathlon Club is planning a series of races that will cater for all ages and all types of mountain bikers.  The aim is to get everyone involved who has a mountain bike and to get fit for the summer months.  If you have never done a mountain bike event before then this is an excellent introduction.
