With just two weeks until the 2011 event, it is again looking like being a 'sell out' before race day. If you are looking to enter and have not, we suggest you get on line soon. Below are some news items that may be of interest to you.
- Currently there are just 25 spots left in the Olympic Distance Triathlon, 60 spots in the Diehards Triathlon, 10 spots in the Solo Triathlon and 80 Relay Team spots available. So if you know anyone who has not entered, tell them to get on line ASAP and enter.
- Due to an extension by our T Shirt supplier we can extend the free souvenir T Shirt offer to entries up to midnight Tuesday 8 March.
- The Race Information Booklet is available on the website or click HERE
- The weather forecast for race day looks great.
- Merida and Ted's Bike Shop are once again offering a great Merida Road Bike valued at $1000+ as a random draw prize. Make sure you hang around for the final presentation. You must be present to win the prize.
- There will be food, rides and face painting available for families at the Race Compound. Ridgeview Wines will also be undertaking some wine tasting (for spectators of course). So bring the family along for a great day.
- A record number of Team Marquees have been booked, so space is at a premium this year. If you are looking for Marquee Bookings or just site bookings for teams or groups please see the website or contact us on admin@hevents.com.au
